You may be eligible to file a claim if you meet the following criteria: • Natural person with a retail instalment contract assigned to Westlake • Paid a convenience fee to ACI Payments, Inc. between June 20, 2022, and August 18, 2025 • Payment was made on the due date, after the due date, or during a grace period (per Westlake records) • You must have (or have had) a retail instalment contract (auto loan) that was assigned to Westlake Services, LLC (doing business as Westlake Financial).
