Union Bank and Trust failed to prevent a cyberattack on its MOVEit file-transfer tool, exposing the personal data of over 200,000 customers. To settle, the bank is providing affected people either a flat $100 cash payout or up to $10,000 for documented identity theft losses, plus two years of free credit monitoring.
