You may be eligible to file a claim if you meet the following criteria: • You must have purchased Stoner Cats NFTs directly from SC2 during the official offering on July 27, 2021 • You must be able to provide proof of your purchase and, if applicable, the sale or continued holding of the NFTs • Your transactions must result in a ""Recognized Loss"" as defined by the SEC's Plan of Allocation. This generally involves a loss suffered between July 27, 2021, and September 12, 2023 • Your calculated distribution payment must be at least $20.00 to be eligible for a payout.
