You may be eligible to file a claim if you meet the following criteria: • Used a personal credit or debit card at any Sprouts grocery store between August 16, 2020, and October 31, 2022 • OR used an EBT card at any Sprouts grocery store between March 15, 2021, and April 15, 2023. • Received a receipt from the transaction that printed more than the last five digits of your card number. • Must submit a valid claim form by May 8, 2026, or August 5, 2026 (depending on the notice type received).
