You may be eligible to file a claim if you meet the following criteria: • Received a ""ringless voicemail"" on your cell phone from or for NRB Pay after January 8, 2020 • The voicemail was sent by National Retail Solutions (NRS Pay), or by a third-party service (VoiceLogic) on their behalf • The voicemail was received between January 8, 2020, and the date of Final Approval (currently scheduled for June 30, 2026)
