Eligibility
You may qualify if: • Own or lease a covered Mercedes-Benz or Freightliner BlueTEC diesel vehicle (model years 2009–2016) that is eligible for the emissions update. • Have the official Approved Emissions Modification (AEM) installed by an authorized dealership on or before the September 30, 2026 deadline. • Be the current owner or lessee who paid for the vehicle's maintenance and modification, or a qualifying former owner/lessee who registered a valid claim during the initial class periods.
