Keurig K-Cup Recyclability class action settlement
This settlement addresses claims that Keurig misled consumers by labeling its K-Cup pods as "recyclable" despite many facilities being unable to process them. Keurig agreed to a multimillion-dollar payout to resolve these lawsuits without admitting any wrongdoing. Eligible customers can receive a cash refund based on their past purchases of pods or brewers, with higher amounts available if they provide proof of purchase.
