New Mexico residents who held Hartford auto insurance with underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage may be eligible for a premium refund or a claim readjustment. You may be eligible to file a claim if you meet the following criteria: • You must have been a New Mexico policyholder. • You must have had Underinsured Motorist (UIM) coverage on your policy. • Your policy must have been issued by one of these two entities during these specific timeframes: - Property and Casualty Insurance Company of Hartford: Between December 29, 2014, and March 18, 2022. - Hartford Insurance Company of the Midwest: Between January 1, 2019, and March 18, 2022. • Eligibility extends to the named insureds as well as their heirs, executors, administrators, and successors.
