Google Play children’s privacy class action settlement
Google and its ad subsidiary AdMob violated the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act by tracking, collecting, and disclosing personal data from children under 13 using Google Play apps without parental permission. Affected class members who file a valid petition will receive a proportional cash payment from the net fund to resolve these privacy claims.
