Google Assistant improperly intercepted and recorded private conversations without user authorization via accidental activations known as "false accepts." Affected consumers who file a valid claim will receive a $18 to $56 for purchased device and $2 to $10 cash payment for only privacy claim to resolve these privacy violation claims.
