GlaxoSmithKline Boostrix Class Action Settlement
GlaxoSmithKline's wolf-themed "Big Bad Cough" multi-media advertisements misleadingly implied that adults who receive the Boostrix vaccine will prevent the transmission of whooping cough to newborns. Plaintiffs assert they bought a vaccine they otherwise wouldn't have, while GSK denies all wrongdoing but agreed to pay out cash to avoid an extended court battle. Claim submission required.
