You may be eligible to file a claim if you meet the following criteria: • You must be an individual or entity (such as a blogger, influencer, YouTuber, or podcaster) that participated in an affiliate commission program. • You must have been active in such a program at any time between January 6, 2020, and December 18, 2025. • You must have partnered with an online retailer that also had a partnership with Capital One Shopping (or its predecessor, Wikibuy) during that same timeframe.
